Bordering NYC, "Jerzy" lives in the shadows of the Big Apple's draw on the worlds attention. However, to truly understand NYC and it's true colors, you must know something about  it's neighbors. The Souljerz.com team wants to open the gates and invite the world to look, listen and interact with urban Jersey and its rich and often unique social scene.      There are many aspects of Jerzy life that many high profile individuals have found of value.   If you didn't know,  Russell Simmons, Tyson Beckford and Missy Elliot to name a few, all live in Jerzy. Maybe that explains the "club/house" influence on Missy's album? Also,   Mix Magazine has reported that Bad Boy CEO, Sean "P-Diddy" Combs, has been in contact with a Jerzy based house music label to help launch a new venture in the dance music arena. With the NJPAC and PNC Art Center often booking the same acts as Radio City and The Garden, the roads into NY become a little less traveled. People are starting to see things the Jerzy way.         Most of Jerzy has NY's  radio and television stations, thus,  urban Jerzy is heavily influenced by the music and entertainment scene of the Big Apple. Yes, urban Jerzy loves Hot 97, Power 105, KISS,WBLS and BET with the R&B and Hip Hop music, however, Jerzy loves its' club music. DC has Go-Go, Miami has Bass and Jerzy has it's "club"  or house music. The mainstream media channels cover the Hip -Hop/ R&B scene religiously, so, Souljerz.com will go deep to uncover the untold story of the "Jerzy House" scene.        Souljerz.com is dedicated to letting those far and near experience the social scene of urban Jerzy. Souljerz.com will unite the people, places, music and events in urban Jerzy, with it's neighbors from across the Hudson and the rest of the world.
